What Candidates are Saying
"Thank you for organizing the Job Fair. The orientation helped, as it reminded me to prepare myself before each encounter. I made a terrific connection with the people at Children's National. Great event! Hector R. "
"…the NSHP career fair was very well prepared, and in fact helped me to land a job. Thank you so much for your help. You make a big difference in our Hispanic communities."
"You guys do a great job! This is the FIRST career fair I've attended and I wasn't very excited about going... You prompted me to try it out. I just talked to 3 companies about positions and ended up landing interviews with 2 of them. I have been offered and have accepted a job with one! Thanks for helping me put myself out there"
How we stack up against the competition...

I attended a [competitor's] job fair in Pittsburgh and a Latpro.com job fair in Atlanta. [...] The first one in Pittsburgh was a disappointment. [...] the event was moved from one location, to another location, just a couple of days before [...] none of the bilingual positions that we presented resonated with our candidates. [...] most were not bilingual, not from a diversity status, and they didn't know that the job fair was for bilingual and diverse candidates.
In Atlanta, on the other hand, I executed my first Latpro job fair. We met a lot of Spanish-speaking professionals and the material that we presented was right in target with our audience. We had a fabulous presence and met many candidates of high caliber.
So if you have to decide which job fair to attend, my recommendation is to go with Latpro. I will attend another Latpro in Dallas in October, so I look forward to reporting on those results and hopefully reiterating my first impression.
What Companies are Saying
I attended the DiversityJobs Job Fair in Houston and enjoyed the experience. It was a successful event for the USPS. We spoke with a total of 153 applicants - 114 with 4-year degrees, 9 of which were industrial engineers, (a need at this time) and 39 who are working on their degrees." - USPS
On behalf of PPG Industries, I’d like to thank the LatPro team for a fantastic job fair in Atlanta. We were impressed with the organization and with how friendly and efficient that staff was. I especially saw a lot of value in the orientation with employers and job seekers before stepping into the main area. I believe that pep talk to job seekers really gives them a sense of reality about what is about to take place, and provides many helpful tips. We were also very pleased with the diversity and quantity of candidates."- PPG Industries
I liked how the candidates were staggered to enter, great venue, great food - I would attend another” - CDG, A Boeing Company
One of the best job fairs we’ve attended. Classy, loved the orientation at the beginning, good flow of attendees and great spread at lunch.” - California Department of Justice
I have traveled to many career fairs in the last few months and this is by far one of the most successful events for our company. The location was extremely easy to find and very accessible (great for people driving in and bringing large career exhibits). Additionally, the candidate pool was exceptional. We felt that the majority of the candidates were very well prepared and presented themselves in a very professional manner. We were extremely pleased with the overall turnout of the event and are eager to participate in future events.” - NuVasive
We met a lot of great candidates who had done their research and knew our openings!"
I’m starting my planning process for 2019 and would like to include the event on our calendar. I actually hired someone for a Spanish Bilingual role from the event in Seattle this past spring." - Nintendo of America
My colleague...and I were so very impressed by the entire event—set up, participants, flow of the candidates, etc." - HERC
