How do I login to my account?
  • In the top right hand corner of the website you will find an outline of a person icon next to the request a demo button. Click on that outline of the person icon and select an option to log in and access your account. 
  • If you are an employer trying to post single jobs, you may access your account by logging in here
  • If you are an employer looking to access your OFCCP Compliance & Diversity Outreach or Diversity Recruiting subscription account, please login to your Diversity Catalyst account here.
How do I reset my password?

When you go to the relevant sign in links above you will see a ‘forgot password’ link next to the sign in button. Click on the link and fill out the information to recover your password. Please check your junk mail as well to ensure you do not miss the password email sent to you.

What type of reports are offered for my job postings?

For single jobs and job posting packages you are able to pull the number of views and apply clicks for each job posted. Visit www.circaworks.com to learn more about reporting available for OFCCP Compliance & Diversity Outreach or Diversity Recruiting subscriptions.

How do I post a job?

Click here to start posting single jobs..  You will first be prompted to login to your existing account or to register to create an account, and then you will be taken into the job posting form.  The second step will take you into the online store to complete the purchase of 1,3,5, or 10 jobs.  We’ll take care of the rest!

Who are your candidates? Demographics?

How do you attract candidates to my jobs?

If you have a single job post or job posting package, the jobs will expire after 30 days of being live and will not automatically renew. For OFCCP Compliance & Diversity Outreach or Diversity Recruiting subscription customers, jobs will stay live on our sites as long as they are live on your career site or ATS – they don’t expire after 30 days.

How much does it cost to post a job?

Single, 30-day job postings can be purchased for $295. Price breaks are offered for 3,5, and10 job posting packages. We can also provide you with a custom quote to scrape an unlimited number of jobs if you are looking to attract highly-diverse, underrepresented candidates to all of your job openings during the year. 

How do I edit my job posting?

If you have purchased single jobs postings, please login to your employer dashboard and click on the ‘Jobs Manager’ area.  You will see a list of your currently live jobs.  Click the edit icon to make changes to your posting before proceeding to save.  

If we scrape jobs directly from your career site or ATS as part of our unlimited subscription packages, simply make the changes to the jobs on your ATS and we will receive the updates during our next job scrape. 

Am I able to search the resume database to find more job seekers?

Unrestricted resume database access is only available for subscription customers who use Circa’s OFCCP Compliance and Diversity Outreach Solution. Request a demo today to learn how Circa can help you reach more job seekers. 

What are the badges that I see on company profiles and how do we get one?

The DiversityJobs Employer Member badge represents the long term DiversityJobs customers who have dedicated plans for diversity recruiting. For further information please contact your account manager for eligibility.

How do I delete/remove a job post?
  • If you have purchased single jobs postings, please login to your employer dashboard and click on the ‘Jobs Manager’ area.  You will see a list of your currently live jobs.  Click the close icon to make changes to your posting before proceeding to save.  
  • If we scrape jobs directly from your career site or ATS as part of our unlimited subscription packages, simply make the changes to the jobs on your ATS and we will receive the updates during our next job scrape.
How do I add more employees to my account?
  • If you have purchased single jobs postings, please login to your employer dashboard and click on the ‘Manage Account’ tab. Click the ‘sub accounts’ option and then ‘add’.  This will take you into the process to add additional users. When adding sub accounts you can select what you want them to access including job packages, account management, and view all jobs and applicants. Once created the employee will then have their own login information with the access your provided to help in the job recruitment process.
