We Really Do Believe There’s A Better Way
We’re chang­ing health­care, which some­times requires an arse­nal and some rations…. ample rea­son for our never-end­ing sup­ply of snacks and the occa­sional Nerf gun cross­fire. Our team loves the chal­lenge, and every sin­gle per­son plays an inte­gral part of what we’re build­ing every­day- with over a mil­lion patients already depend­ing on us for a pos­i­tive pay­ment expe­ri­ence, you can see why we’re grow­ing fast and look­ing for killer addi­tions to our crew. We may not be flu­ent in ICD-10 codes yet, but if you’re into any­thing you see here we’re already speak­ing the same lan­guage.


Taking Care Of Business
Yes, our office is in Hot­lanta. You’ll find us in Midtown– we love being sur­rounded by tech-savvy inno­va­tors and the best minds of Atlanta ven­ture cap­i­tal­ists and entre­pre­neurs. Even these guys need a break some­times, which is when we’re really really happy to have our choice of restau­rant, bar, club, museum, sports game, MARTA sta­tion, fes­ti­val, brew­ery, rave, bar­be­cue, con­cert (I think you’ve got the idea)….all at our fin­ger­tips.


In All Seriousness…
We know every­one has impor­tant mat­ters to han­dle. That’s why we offer 401k options and take care of your health, den­tal, vision, and short/​long-​term dis­abil­ity cov­er­age — as well as offer­ing a life insur­ance pol­icy and free park­ing. If there’s one thing no one likes to pay for, its PARKING. So don’t worry, we’ve got you cov­ered.


…But Not That Serious
Work­ing hard is a lot eas­ier when you’re happy at work. Our team always gets the job done, which is why we’re okay with every­one doing their own thing- when you need a break, take one. We don’t track vaca­tion and remote days are totally cool with us. Auton­omy and inno­va­tion are hard work, we under­stand that, which is why a casual dress code is encour­aged. You don’t code bet­ter in a tie (although you might in toe shoes).


Free Food Fridays!
Every Fri­day, we gather around like the big fam­ily that we are and eat lunch together. Lunch is gen­er­ally a catered event with deli­cious fare that varies widely week to week. This is a great time to catch up with friends from the other depart­ments, get to know newer team mem­bers, and share sto­ries and suc­cesses from the past week. This has become a favorite tra­di­tion here at Patientco.
