PPD, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is hosting two, onsite interview days for sample coordinator roles at our vaccines and bioanalytical labs in Richmond, Virginia. These are entry-level position that do not require direct experience.

Roles Overview and Qualifications:
Associate Sample Coordinator
– Qualifications: High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
– Schedule: 1st shift and 2nd shift
– Job Overview: As an Associate Sample Coordinator, your daily tasks will include performing a variety of simple inventory tracking procedures (receipt, check-in, login, labeling, inventory, transport, check-out, etc.) and administrative tasks in support of laboratory operations, while following SOPs, and applicable client procedures.
Sample Coordinator
– Qualifications: High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least two years) or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
– Schedule: 1st shift and 2nd shift
