Who We Are
Founded in 2014 by Dr. Dustyn Williams (Lead Educator) and Jamie Fitch (CEO), OnlineMedEd seeks to do well by doing good, building a community to bring a groundswell of change to education.
Our purpose is to change how education is approached, delivered, and learned. We leverage education, technology, and research to drive it all forward.
It started with a simple idea: medical knowledge belongs to no one, so medical education should be accessible to everyone.
We deliver a free quality baseline education to the world.
The result is that we are one of the most widely used medical education platforms globally, playing a key role in creating the next generation of health care professionals.
The downstream effect is a generation of professionals better trained not just in knowledge but in empathy, improving the lives of millions of patients.
