Customer Service Representative

As a customer service representative, you are often the first impression of DISH, and we don’t take that responsibility lightly. In each of our DISH call centers, we take inbound phone calls from customers from across the country and assist them with customer service questions, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting issues.

While our Customer Service Center in Queens, New York is the smallest with almost 250 representatives, it is our only International call center maintaining over 20 different languages!
