The Company Profile page is meant to be an introduction to the employer, its business, and career opportunities. These pages are accessible from the logos and links from the job postings.
We’ll gladly build a profile page for your organization based on content from your corporate website, but we welcome and encourage your feedback, copy, media, etc.
Strict Specifications 🙂
We don’t have strict specifications, character, or image count limits but we recommend a concise message, reasonably sized media, following industry best practices to maintain server performance. We reserve the right to reject any content we deem inappropriate.
Sections
Main body
Company Profiles are displayed within the regular website layout, below our header/menus. The main body section features the client’s logo on the top, followed by text, images, video embeds, and other dynamic content.
The text will usually cover topics, including, but not limited to:
- Basic information about the company. What does the company do?
- Company Culture
- Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
- Benefits
- Awards
Right Spine
The right spine displays your company’s jobs posted on our website. Below the job postings, we display your Diversity badge and, if desired, links to your social media properties.
Other components:
A d d C o l o r ! !
Color can be added to the header or text.
Fonts
Our main Company Profile template employs the same font used throughout other sections of the website (Nunito). While we don’t officially support custom font requests, we’ll consider the client’s request on a case-by-case basis and make our best effort to make it happen. In these cases, custom fonts may only be applied to the main body and spine while our website header and footer shall stay intact.
Fonts we may consider:
- Web Safe fonts (see list)
- Google Fonts
- Proprietary and 3rd party fonts – The client must provide web-friendly formats, and proof of licensing that covers its use in our servers.
Images
Most popular web formats accepted, such as JPG, PNG, GIF.
Videos
We can tackle many methods of video implementations but popular video sites such as YouTube, Vimeo are the most popular.
